Leading Industries: Sunshine Mills, Inc. - www2.sunshinemills.com/ Tiffin Motorhomes - www.tiffinmotorhomes.com/ Restaurants: Red Bay has several places to grab a bite to eat. Some are unique in that their local food is great while the ambiance is somewhat different: Swamp Johns – Just east of Red Bay a couple of miles on Highway, is a must. The restaurant is situated in a rather old former store/gas station building. It isn’t pretty inside or out but the food is great and plenty of it. (Even Bob Tiffin, journeys out for lunch at least once a week). Divine Inspirations – Real breakfasts (7 AM to 9:30) and lunch (closes at 5:30). Combination restaurant/bakery/gift shop. Limited menu with burgers and grat sandwiches. Homemade biscuits at breakfast. 509 Hwy 19 South Belmont Café – Belmont, Ms. Good food, I thought a little pricey though. Lunch is a buffet, however they charge for each individual item. Piggly Wiggly – Deli counter fixes some great meals and many like to grab something and take it back to the campground. McDonalds - for those who are looking for a fast food Jacks – another fast food place that has great cinnamon apple biscuits. Ezzells – Downtown in the old medical bldg. Great lunches. One eats in anyone of the old examining rooms or offices. OH! Bryans Family Steakhouse – towards town from the campground same side of the street. LaEstancia = Mexican Cuisine – Across the street and toward town from campground Marty’s Cardinal Drive Inn – Across the street and towards town, just before you get to the Chevrolet Dealership and Tiffins “Chassis Field of Dreams” Country Squire Steak and Fish House – 459 Old Hwy. 72 W. Iuka, Ms. Wrecker Service Watha’s Inc. 1-800-388-2401 – Hamilton, Al. Hotels (http://search-alabama-hotels.com/red_bay/) I personally would not recommend any of the hotels at Red Bay, Al., the choice is small and their overall appearance leaves a bit to be desired. There are some nice ones in nearby Tupelo, Ms., ( http://tupelo.net/places-to-stay/), Russellville, Al. ( http://hotels.desertusa.com/Alabama/Russellville/index.html), or Florence, Al. (www.flo-tour.org/) and are within 1 hour drive. Note: REFERENCE HOTELS: There are no hotels in Belmont and the only two places that Tiffin recommends is the RUSSELLVILLE HOTEL & SUITES 13770 HWY#43 RUSSELLVILLE, AL 35653 PHONE 1-866-269-0325 russellvillehotel@juno.com & WINDWOOD INN 1018 HWY #43 se RUSSELLVILLE PHONE: 256-332-8920. ( at the Russellville location you get a $5.00 per night discount if you mention Tiffin) Campgrounds: There is really only one campground and that is the Allegro Campground, located in the immediate area of the Tiffin Motor home Repair Facility. If you are going to Red Bay for repairs then camping is free. Otherwise it is $10 per night.
